Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen einerseits KLINE LASER, einer vereinfachten Aktiengesellschaft unter der Nummer J23/3218/2014 und mit Firmensitz in Ana Ipatescu 44, Jilava, Ilfov 077120, Romania, Umsatzsteueridentifikationsnummer RO 29493039, im Folgenden bezeichnet als „KLINE LASER“, und andererseits jeglicher natürlichen oder rechtlichen Person, die beabsichtigt, über die Webseite „http://www.KLINE-LASER.com“ von KLINE LASER einen Online-Kauf zu tätigen, im Folgenden bezeichnet als „KUNDE“.

Beide Parteien kommen überein, dass die über das Internet bei KLINE LASER eingehenden Bestellungen ausschließlich durch die vorliegenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen geregelt werden. KLINE LASER behält sich das Recht vor, seine allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. In diesem Falle gilt diejenige Fassung, die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung durch den KUNDEN gültig war. Die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen haben Vorrang vor jeglichen anderen allgemeinen oder besonderen Regelungen, sofern diesen nicht ausdrücklich durch KLINE LASER Vorrang eingeräumt wird.
